We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at ACRWORLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering fitout projects up to $15M and residential projects up to $30M.

Our company values year-on-year growth, strong values, and MBA award-winning projects. If you have at least 4+ years of project management experience and have demonstrated proficiency in delivering fitout projects exceeding $10M and residential class 2 experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce construction programs, procurement schedules, and procure all materials in conjunction with the team.
  • Ensure full compliance with WHS standards, ensuring the safety of site and team members at all times.
  • Produce quality plans and ensure the correct standard is maintained throughout the project.
  • Attend weekly site meetings and issue weekly project reports.
  • Provide formal project feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years experience as a Project Manager within the Fitout and Refurbishment Industry.
  • MUST have experience with fitout & refurb projects from $10M+
  • Preferably with residential class 2 delivery experience.
  • Tertiary qualification, preferably Building or Engineering or Trade qualification with further relevant education.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Dynamic, passionate, and a team player.
  • Preferably advanced with Procore.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • An eye for detail and ability to troubleshoot problems.
