Maintenance Approval Manager

This role is responsible for managing maintenance approvals for authorized service repairers nationwide. The position involves overseeing costs incurred after vehicle delivery, providing accurate information, and resolving operational queries within agreed timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve maintenance requests from suppliers
  • Evaluate services to ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements
  • Oversee repairs in line with CoR and Health and Safety standards
  • Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance EVO portal usage
  • Assist customers with maintenance inquiries

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Diesel Mechanic with strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to work independently. A current heavy vehicle mechanic license is required for this role.
