About This Role

The team provides expert guidance and support to clients across various sectors on value-creating and bespoke sustainability and climate-related financial reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client readiness for voluntary and mandatory sustainability reporting frameworks, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver comprehensive sustainability reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Engage with senior management, C-Suite, and Boards to ensure seamless communication and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Develop thought leadership content, such as articles and presentations, to showcase expertise and drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of national sustainability methodologies, promoting consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Requirements
  • CA or CPA qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality sustainability consulting services to multiple sectors and clients.
  • Strong project management, presentation, facilitation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in sustainability-related reporting solutions, including TCFD and IFRS S2.
  • Experience working with climate-related topics, such as carbon accounting, climate risk, scenario analysis, and financial impact assessments.
