To succeed in this position, you will need to meet certain requirements:

  • Australian Trade / Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia
  • Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
