Job Title: Kids Martial Arts Coach

As a martial arts instructor, you will deliver high-quality programs for children aged 3-10 in martial arts, jiu-jitsu, and gymnastics. Our coaching framework focuses on discipline, respect, and fun, helping kids grow in confidence and character while developing lifelong skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach structured classes to children in martial arts/jiu-jitsu or gymnastics.
  • Deliver engaging lessons with a strong focus on safety, skill development, and enjoyment.
  • Build positive relationships with students and parents while maintaining professional standards.
  • Work within our coaching framework to ensure classes align with our values of respect, discipline, and community.
  • Assist with warm-ups, games, drills, and obstacle courses designed to keep kids motivated and learning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience teaching or coaching children is essential.
  • A strong background in martial arts/ jiujitsu or gymnastics is required.
  • Possession of a current Working With Children Check is necessary.
  • CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are expected.
