Martial Arts Instructor

We are seeking a qualified martial arts instructor to lead and deliver high-quality coaching sessions to students of various ages and skill levels.
About the PositionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced martial arts coach to make a positive impact in our community.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and structured martial arts coaching sessions, focusing on techniques, safety, and sportsmanship.
- Conduct training sessions in various locations across Melbourne, including schools, clubs, and community centers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians, promoting a positive and inclusive environment.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and adapt coaching strategies as needed.
- Relevant martial arts coaching or competing experience.
- Current Working with Children check (or willingness to apply).
- Desirable: Child Protection Training, First Aid + CPR Training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
