Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1/2 Desktop Support to users
  • Log and create Interactions, Incidents, and Service Requests
  • Track progress of Incidents and Service Requests through to closure with Global Service Desk and other Resolver Teams
  • Manage Incidents and Service Requests through to closure
  • Install, configure, and support end-user equipment and devices
  • Manage hardware failures - coordinate with Hardware Service Provider for replacement parts and warranty repairs
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a mining company would be beneficial
  • Demonstrated experience in Windows 10, 11, Microsoft Office 365, Share Point, One Drive, Microsoft Teams, and Cisco Webex
  • Demonstrated previous experience with mobile device management, MS Intune, Apple iOS, and Android OS
  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Service Now, Freshservice, or Connect Wise
  • Previous customer service experience will be beneficial
