Job Description

The role of a Maintenance Planner involves coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to optimize performance and minimize downtime. The planner will develop and manage preventive maintenance plans aligned with contract requirements, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities
  • Developing and managing preventive maintenance plans
  • Tracking and managing Work In Progress (WIP) to avoid delays in project commencement or completion
  • Providing detailed WIP reporting and highlighting potential delivery risks to senior management
  • Analyzing service data to identify performance gaps and implementing resolution strategies
  • Validating and refining job plans for accuracy in scheduling and execution
  • Leading project management tasks and ensuring deliverables meet quality benchmarks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A trade certification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • A tertiary qualification in building, engineering, or project management (desirable)
  • Current driver's license
