Mental Health Team Lead

The role of the Mental Health Team Lead is pivotal in providing high-quality clinical leadership, monitoring, and evaluation of clinical services.
This involves working closely with the Consultant Psychiatrist to ensure operational outcomes align with financial management, human resource optimization, and key performance indicators.
To excel in this position, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A Registered Nurse, Social Worker, OT, or Clinical Psychologist qualification with relevant registration
- RPN ONLY: Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
- Demonstrated experience in management and leadership
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in mental health services, including acute care and community healthcare
This role requires full Covid-19 vaccination adherence to Peninsula Health's immunisation policy.
