Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing operational support and direction to our mental health services.

About the Role: The successful candidate will have significant experience in youth mental health, with a strong understanding of clinical risk assessment and management. You will work closely with our team to deliver individual, group, and family support, as well as provide case management and care coordination to young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and support to our mental health team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve mental health outcomes for young people
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive support services
  • Conduct clinical risk assessments and develop management plans

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in mental health or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in youth mental health
  • Strong knowledge of clinical risk assessment and management principles
  • Experience in leadership or management roles
