Our toddler room is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to guide our team in delivering exceptional educational programs for young children.
About the Role:- Lead a team of educators in creating engaging and tailored learning experiences for children aged 0-3 years.
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team and educational leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
- Ensure every learning experience promotes safety, inclusivity, and meets the needs of all children.
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or equivalent) required.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards essential.
- Current working with children check necessary.
