Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in Australia and South East Asia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for flotation equipment and aftermarket solutions

Requirements
  • Degree in Mining, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales, or account management within mineral processing
  • Strong technical knowledge of flotation circuits, equipment, and processing challenges
  • Proven track record of sales growth and market expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
