About the Role

We are seeking analytical professionals to join our team as an Accounts Data Analyst. These roles will support a recently secured contract with a key client.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

  • Validate and prepare data for revenue recognition and client submissions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate and timely processing of claims.
  • Monitor and manage aged claims, rejections, and underclaims to maintain a healthy ledger and support cash flow forecasting.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for financial and operational insights.
  2. Partnering with commercial, finance, and project teams to resolve disputes and optimize revenue outcomes.
  3. Supporting continuous improvement by mentoring junior team members and contributing to process enhancements.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess strong data analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP. Proficiency in SAP is desirable; however training can be provided.

  • Experience in accounts receivable, project accounting, or similar operational finance roles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure workloads and meet multiple deadlines.
