Seeking a skilled analyst to join our business performance team, specialising in financial data analysis and commercial acumen. As a key finance support for BaptistCare at Home, you will work cross-functionally to influence and support both your manager and key personnel to ensure that Finance has a voice at the table and adds value for all key decisions.

You will deliver insights on the business stream's performance, leveraging sector-relevant experiences and utilising financial data and industry benchmarks while working with the At Home leadership team to help drive and influence performance outcomes.

The role will also involve supporting the month-end process by providing accurate and timely review of results to produce analysis and commentary.

About the Role:

  • To identify key metrics and trends from financial data;
  • Able to communicate key financial messages to colleagues with finance and non-finance backgrounds;
  • Minimum of five years' analytical and partnership experience with an aged care, social infrastructure, service provider or similar;
  • High financial aptitude, commercial acumen and the ability to analyse financial or operational data from budgets, business plans and valuations;
  • To co-ordinate and work with At Home leadership to implement transformational change in order to adapt with sector transition;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Genuine alignment with our vision, mission and values.
