We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Virtual Jewelry Sales and Service Experts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers through live chat, text, and phone calls to provide expert advice on products and services, style consultations, and concierge shopping services.
  • Product Presentation: Showcase our merchandise online by sharing detailed information about each item's features and benefits. Provide information about extended service agreements and financing options to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales Growth: Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live selling, social media presence, store collaboration, and connected commerce.
  • Relationship Building: Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always maintaining a positive attitude. Conduct outreach to maintain long-lasting customer relationships and build a personal sales clientele.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Customer Service: You have a knack for providing exceptional customer service and know how to make every interaction special.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Your sales skills are top-notch, and you always put the customer first. Achieve individual and team performance goals including Sales Metrics, appointment booking, Customer Satisfaction scores, Creative Commerce standards, and Quality Evaluations.
  • Self-Motivation: You are organized, self-motivated, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
  • Effective Communication: Excel in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, always conveying empathy and positivity. Great typing skills are a must.
  • Problem-Solving: You're solution-oriented with strong critical thinking skills and love finding creative ways to help customers. Strong math and analytical skills help you make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Enjoy building lasting relationships and making customers feel valued. Great follow-up skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: You're proficient with customer interaction platforms, can handle multiple computer screens, and are comfortable with Zoom, Teams, and on-camera technology.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in an ever-changing work environment and can adapt on the fly.
  • Multitasking: Excel in a fast-paced setting and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Strong time management skills are required.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Have flexible open availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as required mandatory overtime.
