We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Virtual Jewelry Expert to join our team. As a Virtual Jewelry Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert advice, product information, and personalized shopping experiences to customers via chat, phone, and messaging.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers to offer product advice and style consultations.
- Presenting products and services effectively online.
- Supporting sales initiatives across various digital platforms.
- Resolving customer issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent customer service skills, be sales-driven, self-motivated, tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and be comfortable on camera for training and meetings.
