Apprentice Jeweler

We are seeking an entry-level Apprentice Jeweler to join our Field Design & Service Center Team. Whether you are just starting your career or have experience in the trade, we offer opportunities for growth and success.

Our Training Program
  • We provide a comprehensive training program to elevate your skills from Apprentice to Master Jeweler.
  • You will learn the business from the ground up, including customer service, interacting with customers, administrative tasks, jewelry photography, and basic jewelry repair such as polishing and quality control.

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work in a promote-from-within environment and progress through our training journey. We are also looking for candidates with knowledge of stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • High standard for quality work.
  • Basic Computer Skills.
  • Excellent Organizational Skills.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Knowledge of Shipping/Receiving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-tasking & time management.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school degree or equivalent and some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete administrative/clerical tasks.
  • Polish jewelry.
  • Work toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.
