C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Yuingi Community Child Care Centre. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children, helping them develop into curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and engaged in their educational journey.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that values diversity and promotes social-emotional growth.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to inform your teaching practices.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
