About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our team of Educators at Goodstart Oxley. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional educational programs, leading a team of dedicated professionals, and collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of all children
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational strategies that drive continuous improvement
- Observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices to ensure the best possible outcomes for children
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment that meets the needs of all children
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
