About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Oxley. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs and ensuring the highest quality care for our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Educators to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure the safety and inclusivity of all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet their individual needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the community
About Goodstart Oxley

Our centre is a 75-place centre, purpose-built with four large rooms caring for children from 15 months to 5 years. Our team of professional Educators are dedicated to Early Childhood Education and have many years of experience. We pride ourselves on our play-based, stimulating curriculum, which is based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check
