Tower Assembly & Erection Supervisor

This key leadership position oversees tower assembly and erection teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, relevant trade qualifications, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct tower assembly and erection teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Maintain safety performance, quality control, and environmental impact through effective monitoring and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with team members, contractors, and clients.

About You:

  • 5 years' experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Relevant trade qualification or certification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, including written and oral proficiency.
  • Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced environment.
