Job Summary

As a seasoned Restoration Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for properties affected by water damage, fire damage, sewer incursion, and mould. Your role will encompass installing and monitoring specialized restoration equipment, conducting on-site cleanup and restoration services, performing demolition and structural stripping when necessary, and ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to properties damaged by water, fire, sewage, and mould.
  • Install and monitor advanced restoration tools for mitigation and repair.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration.
  • Compile job-specific documentation and provide comprehensive on-site reports.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations of property damage.
  • Operate equipment designed for water damage restoration and mould remediation.
  • Perform cleanup and restoration services following water, fire, smoke, and mould damage.
  • Conduct contents assessments and handle demolition and structural stripping tasks.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to work varying shifts, including after-hours duties.
  • IICRC certification is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
