About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Frontline Recruitment. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with developers and agents, leading customers through the Knockdown Rebuild process, and generating new leads and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and agents
  • Lead customers through the Knockdown Rebuild process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and track sales performance
  • Develop market insights and optimize sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Proven success in a sales role, with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Knowledge of knockdown rebuilds, duplexes, and subdivisions, with a passion for the industry
  • Strong networking and business development skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on results and customer satisfaction
  • Experience using CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
