Job Summary
We are seeking a range of positions and experience levels to join our team, including Kitchen Supervisors/Cooks and Cooks & Kitchen Hands. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with daily kitchen operations, maintaining high standards for consistency in recipe and menu item execution, and ensuring a safe and harassment-free environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations;
- Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution;
- Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards;
- Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers;
Critical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills;
- Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;
- Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently;
- Attention to detail;
Requirements
- Kitchen Supervisors/Cooks (Full-Time): Minimum 3 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred;
- Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Casual): Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments;
