About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team on a Monday to Friday roster. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Glenellen Solar Farm project. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing site rosters and organizing work crews
  • Scheduling flights and accommodation
  • Tracking finances and documentation
  • Overseeing purchase orders and supporting resourcing activities
  • Liaising with stakeholders and upholding high-quality standards

This is a critical role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. If you have a background in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry, and are proficient in MS Office, Word, and Outlook, we encourage you to apply.
