Career CoachPursue a rewarding role providing career guidance and support to young people as part of our Support Pathway Program, incorporating the Transition to Work (TTW) initiative.
In this capacity, you will:
- Foster high-quality career development for young individuals.
- Aid clients in setting goals and identifying areas of interest.
- Offer personalized mentorship to upskill clients and empower them to reach their potential.
- Source local employment opportunities and match them to client interests and abilities.
- Nurture relationships with regional employers.
- Demonstrate proactive, compassionate, and innovative approaches to finding opportunities for the young people you represent.

You will excel in this role if you possess:- Experience handling a caseload of young people in a similar context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A goal-oriented and team-focused mindset.
- The ability to handle confidential information and administrative tasks.
This exciting opportunity is based in Albany office with travel to Mount Barker and Denmark.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a current driver's license, working with children check, and satisfactory national police clearance.
