We are seeking a dedicated Youth Career Advisor to join our team in Albany, AU.

Career Pathways Coach

This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality career guidance and support to young people as part of our Support Pathway Program which incorporates the Transition to Work (TTW) program.

In this position, you will deliver tailored career coaching to clients, helping them set goals and identify areas of interest.

  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to upskill clients and empower them to reach their full potential.
  • Sourcing local employment opportunities and matching them to client interests and abilities.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with employers throughout the region.
  • Being proactive, compassionate, and innovative in finding opportunities for the young people you represent.

This exciting opportunity is based in our Albany office with travel to Mount Barker and Denmark.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must hold a current driver's license, working with children check, and satisfactory national police clearance.
