Technical Lead Role

We seek a seasoned engineer to own and architect our core backend platform.

This role requires a leader with a proven track record of solving complex problems and mentoring technical teams.

The ideal candidate will define the technical vision and architectural standards for the backend stack, ensuring it is scalable, resilient, and performant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the technical vision and architectural standards for the backend stack
  • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale company-wide initiatives
  • Drive quality and process improvements
  • Mentor senior engineers

Requirements:

  • Seasoned experience designing, building, and operating complex distributed systems at scale
  • Deep expertise in at least one backend language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Rust) with strong understanding of others
  • Proficiency with cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and a history of leading significant technical projects from ideation to launch
