We are seeking a seasoned visual content specialist to lead our e-commerce shoot team. As a key member of our fast-paced e-commerce team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that directly impacts sales.
Your primary focus will be on overseeing the styling and shoot process, from prepping stock to directing on set and reviewing final images. You will manage shoot logistics, including product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines.
To ensure the commercial strength of output, you will lead shoot day execution and image selection. You will also coordinate with external shoot talent (models, HMUAs, photographers) and internal teams.
A close collaboration with the digital and marketing teams is essential to guarantee that the content produced not only looks great but also performs well. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in an e-commerce or fashion studio environment, we would love to hear from you.
