Art Director

We are seeking an Art Director to drive ad performance through innovative visual storytelling.

This role offers a unique opportunity to blend creativity with data-driven strategies to enhance our social media presence. As an Art Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping our brand's visual language while ensuring engagement and performance across multiple social channels.

  • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign goals and craft visuals that enhance ad performance.
  • Utilize AI generative tools to streamline and innovate the creative process from ideation to execution.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance data to refine visual strategies and optimize future campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and impactful ideas for marketing creatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.
  • Provide art direction guidance to team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media ad campaigns and performance-driven design.
  • Proficiency in using AI generative tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement and conversion.
  • Ability to interpret data insights to inform and adapt design strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire the creative team.
  • Knowledge in the field of fintech, crypto, and financial space is advantageous.
