The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager and working closely with the retail store team, this position is responsible for executing visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement floor plans that maximize sales opportunities while maintaining brand standards.
  • Balance commercial and visual needs when implementing merchandising or displays.
  • Support store teams through training and development initiatives related to visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to provide VM training and support where appropriate.
  • Style mannequins and focal areas to align with VM direction at all times.
  • Ensure merchandising decisions drive business results, focusing on profitability.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a comparable VM role, with a strong understanding of in-store and apparel-based divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Analytical skills to drive business decisions and action.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with a keen sense of personal style and presentation.
