Our goal is to provide exceptional services and maintain a safe work environment. We're looking for someone who can establish effective working relationships with our staff, ensuring seamless integration of operational services across the organization.

To achieve this, you'll need to possess strong technical skills in analyzing IT system issues and designing solutions using best practices in systems support and service delivery, preferably with the ITIL framework.

We also require someone who can develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework.

A high level of technical expertise is necessary to provide technical direction, standardization, professional advice, and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer-focused organization.

The ideal candidate will be able to meet service delivery targets and implement quantifiable service improvements by coordinating multiple tasks within agreed priorities, time frames, and working independently.

About You
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework
  • Technical expertise and experience in technology domains such as network management, cybersecurity, or data analytics to analyze ICT system issues and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Ability to provide high-level technical expertise to provide technical direction, standardization, professional advice, and support of enterprise infrastructure in a large customer-focused organization
