Senior Employee Relations Specialist

This is a senior role with significant scope, ideal for someone who can confidently manage complex employee relations cases while also contributing to generalist HR support and wellbeing initiatives.
You'll be working closely with retail teams across a multi-site network, providing both reactive case management and proactive people support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and support end-to-end employee relations cases across the retail network, including investigations, performance management, grievances, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure consistency and compliance with legal frameworks
- Coach, guide, and train leaders and HR team members on employee relations processes and best practices
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, in collaboration with the broader People team
- Cultivate wellbeing programs and initiatives tailored to business needs
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a retail or multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and employee relations best practices
- Confident in managing complex cases independently
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team culture with strong communication skills
