Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator (Intern). This is an excellent opportunity for those who are eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist with proposal and quote development, including vendor comparison and analysis.
  • Maintain accurate information in project databases and ERP systems.
  • Monitor customer payments and follow up on late or past due invoices.
  • Update project plans and key tasks, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and financial deadlines.
  • Audit project folders to ensure all required documents are stored correctly.
  • Prepare purchase requisitions and assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Perform general administrative and record-keeping functions.
  • Facilitate invoice payments from clients and subcontractors.
  • Prepare client and subcontractor change orders and monitor project finances.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree/Masters in Electrical Power/Telecommunication or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Previous ERP or procurement experience preferred.
  • Strong initiative and ability to anticipate issues proactively.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, establish priorities, and work independently.
