Remuneration Specialist
Job Description:As a key member of the People Experience team, you will play a critical role in shaping the remuneration strategy that drives fair and equitable rewards for our people. Your expertise will inform the design and implementation of benefits programs, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our employees.
You will lead annual remuneration reviews, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills will drive key initiatives, support organisational design, and provide expert guidance on remuneration, benefits, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Annual Remuneration Reviews: Ensure alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Remuneration Budget Management: Manage remuneration budgets, forecasting, and Short-Term Incentive (STI) processes.
- Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) reporting and award legislation.
- Benefits Program Design: Design and manage benefits programs, including wellness initiatives.
- Strategic Advice: Provide strategic advice on sales commission programs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis, prepare reports, and support organisational design with grading principles.
- Training and Development: Deliver training on remuneration processes and provide actionable data insights.
