Construction Delivery Manager Job

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of capital and asset maintenance projects across Western Australia and South Australia.

The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution aligned with operational goals, stakeholder expectations, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with legislative and organizational safety requirements to mitigate risks and ensure a healthy work environment.
  • Implement relevant policies and procedures to maintain compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure that all site-based personnel adhere to our client's Code of Conduct and core values: Sustainability, Courage, Commitment, and Collaboration.
  • Maintain open communication channels with sealing teams, subcontractors, and site-based stakeholders to ensure alignment from planning through completion.
  • Provide technical, planning, execution, and client liaison support throughout the project lifecycle, including commissioning and handover.
  • Support site execution under the direction of a Project Manager, focusing on safety, sealing works, asset maintenance, and timely delivery.
  • Follow project plans and sealing methodologies to meet performance expectations.
  • Engage stakeholders continuously to ensure successful execution and alignment throughout all site activities.
  • Deliver projects in compliance with construction methodologies, HSE standards, asset maintenance plans, risk assessments, and quality requirements.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely and meets defined specifications.
