Integration Transformation Professional

We are seeking a People Integration Specialist to play a key role in preparing for the integration of people, processes, and assets.

As a People Integration Specialist, you will support the integration of various entities into our organization, working closely with the Head of People Integration, mission leads, and the broader People and Performance team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in people and culture, continuous improvement, M&A or a similar role in large-scale transformation projects. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights coupled with excellent business and process knowledge are required.

• Partner with the People & Performance program team to drive dedication programs of work supporting the people integration.
• Develop content, materials, and presentations to support workshops, working sessions, and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and synthesise information needed for project execution.
• Track workstream progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary to maintain momentum.
• Analyse data to generate insights, identify trends, support data-driven decision-making, and monitor dependencies and timelines across multiple workstreams.
