Student Administration Services Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a motivated and skilled leader to manage and develop a team responsible for delivering student services throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations, with a strong focus on service excellence, safety, continuous improvement, and meeting key metrics and service level agreements.

In this role, you will champion a customer-focused approach, advocating for a multi-channel strategy that enhances enrolments, retention, and completion rates for TAFE NSW students.

You will lead a team that provides guidance and support to students, ensuring they receive excellent service delivery and achieve their goals. Your ability to handle complex service delivery issues and provide guidance to your team will be complemented by your commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and service delivery.
