About the Role:

Michael Page Australia is seeking a highly motivated and organized Donor Care Officer to join our team. As a Donor Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to donors and supporters, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are positive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to donors and supporters, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and respond to donor email and mail, ensuring that all correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage donor information packs, ensuring that they are up-to-date and well-stocked.
  • Process donations and maintain accurate records in our CRM database.
  • Support the coordination and delivery of fundraising events, working collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with donors, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are positive.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, organized, and a confident relationship builder with a passion for having positive interactions with donors.
  • Experience managing customer relationships with a diverse range of donors and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly within the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and see them through to completion.
