About the Role:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, clients, and visitors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Deliver outstanding colleague and customer experience in every interaction across a range of on-site workplace services, with a focus on anticipating needs, listening to colleagues and visitors, and making every interaction simple, effective, and quick.
  • Welcome and Assist Guests: Receive and welcome guests, collect courier deliveries, sort and transport mail to the correct location.
  • Facilitate Workplace Operations: Assist with building, parking, and property access, including event space bookings and set-up.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Complete floor walks utilizing a checklist, noting, and reporting maintenance issues.
  • Cross-Skilling and Adaptability: Cross-skill to be front of house and back of house capable.
Key Requirements
  • Hospitality/Customer Service Experience: Hospitality/customer service experience in a Hotel/Concierge/Professional attendant environment would be highly regarded.
  • Qualifications: Holds a Certificate III in Hospitality would be highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking and Problem Solving: Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with operational awareness, and able to demonstrate a common-sense approach to problem-solving.
  • Growth Mindset and Teamwork: Demonstrable growth mindset, eager to learn, and has the attitude that success means delivering as a team.
