We have a part-time opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team in Legana, Launceston. The ideal candidate will be motivated by the prospect of making a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to assist our residents with their daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and oral hygiene. You will work collaboratively with our nursing staff to observe and report any changes in the wellbeing of our residents, ensuring their care needs are met.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist residents with their activities of daily living
  • Observe and report promptly any changes in resident wellbeing
  • Complete incident reports and participate in Occupational Health and Safety programs

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (minimum requirement) or currently studying a nursing degree with completed Aged Care clinical placement
  • Experience in a personal care role in Aged Care (desirable)
