About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and professional care workers to provide high-quality, personalised support to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with personal care, domestic assistance, and social activities.
  • Provide transport to appointments, shopping, or community outings.
  • Empower clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Requirements
  • Cert III in Disability, Support at Home, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of community care experience.
  • Federal Police Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Insurance for your car.
