About This Role

We are seeking experienced professionals who can help customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers to understand their business requirements, and sharing your expertise on Workday configurations and best practices.

You will work closely with our customers to deliver innovative services, including feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks. Your goal will be to ensure our customers get the most value from their Workday investment.

We are looking for individuals with 5+ years of experience in Workday configurations, IT implementation, and software consulting. A Workday Certification in HCM is ideal, along with experience working with PeopleSoft, SAP, and/or Oracle.

This role requires occasional travel up to 10%.
