Mobile Plant Maintenance Coordinator

As a maintenance planner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure the smooth operation of mining projects.
You will create and communicate a 2-weekly maintenance plan that prioritizes tasks based on criticality and impact on production. This includes working closely with the long-term planning team to manage the 3-month LTP/major components plan and ensuring compliance.
In addition, you will lead the weekly plan review meeting with the site team, develop shut plans for safe and effective execution of major shut events, and process oil sample bottles. You will also print and prepare planned job packs, monitor CMMS (AMT) hygiene, order fitment parts and labour for upcoming major work, and enter condition monitoring data.
Moreover, you will update the tyre management system as required and manage statutory tasks such as registerable plant and fire suppression.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience in mobile and fixed plant maintenance planning and scheduling
- Developing and managing maintenance management systems - AMT is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Sound computer literacy
