Maintenance Planner Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules
- Prioritise maintenance tasks based on criticality and impact on production
- Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
About You:
- Experience in mobile and fixed plant maintenance planning and scheduling
- Experience in developing and managing maintenance management systems– AMT is advantageous
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Effective leadership and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
As a Maintenance Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating and communicating 2-weekly maintenance plans
- Working with the long-term planning team to manage 3-month LTP/major components plans
- Leading weekly plan review meetings with site teams
- Developing shut plans for safe and effective execution of major shutdowns
- Processing oil sample bottles and reviewing results
- Preparing planned job packs and monitoring CMMS hygiene
- Ordering fitment parts and arranging labour for upcoming major works
- Reviewing completed job packs and entering condition monitoring data
- Updating tyre management systems as required
- Managing statutory tasks such as registerable plant and fire suppression
