Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at The Benevolent Society. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our Occupational Therapists, while delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide evidence-based clinical service delivery, including specialized intervention, assessments, home modifications, and prescription of assistive technology.
- Conduct comprehensive functional capacity assessments and provide leadership and mentoring to Occupational Therapist team members.
- Provide consultation and support to the wider multidisciplinary team and plan professional development in team training sessions.
- Develop and implement client-centered care plans that promote optimal outcomes for individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve client goals.
