Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Network and Security Professional to join our team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer-focused network and security support services across the globe.

The role involves administering and designing network and security assets within our environment, as well as assisting the infrastructure, Security Operations & field services teams with escalations relating to the network stack.

  • Deliver customer-centric networking ICT support to users worldwide.
  • Assist in the administration of the global network infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to company network and security standards.
  • Support the administration and reporting of IT network and security assets.
  • Respond to and resolve requests for support to the level of expertise and knowledge.
  • Procure, configure, and maintain network and security software and devices in line with established procedures.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in provisioning ICT network support including end user computing devices, applications, and software across a large environment. They will also possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels.

Key Skills and Qualifications

Essential criteria include:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in provisioning ICT network support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and think strategically.

Desirable criteria include possession of or progress towards relevant industry-specific qualifications such as Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCP.
