Job Overview

We are seeking a Centre Manager to oversee the operation of a newly built shopping centre in the Wollongong/Shellharbour area.

This Australian-owned business is expanding rapidly, with a strong pipeline of property growth planned.

  • Budgeting and financial management under the guidance of an Asset Manager
  • Building relationships with local communities and stakeholders
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with retailers
  • Casual/pop-up leasing opportunities
  • Financial planning, forecasting and meeting targets
  • Identifying cost-saving measures
  • Maintenance of the property including repairs and contractor management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Shopping Centre Management with strong financial acumen and leadership skills
  • Confident negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills
  • Exceptional communication skills for building strong relationships with retailers and external partners
