Retail Claims - Senior Case Manager

A new career challenge awaits you. We're seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our case management team in assessing long-term, Death and Terminal Illness claims.

  • Lead and support a team of case managers in evaluating complex claims.
  • Own a portfolio of intricate claims across Income Protection, Death and Terminal Illness.
  • Develop and share knowledge, coach on best practice and model our claims philosophy.

Key requirements include:

  • Strong end-to-end experience in retail life claims with solid policy interpretation.
  • In-depth understanding of LICOP (Life Insurance Code of Practice).
  • Broad knowledge of medical, financial, legal, product and regulatory aspects of life insurance.
  • Certificate IV in Life Insurance (desired).
