Marketing Strategist Role

The objective of this position is to develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that enhances brand presence, fosters customer engagement, and grows a dedicated online community across key markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and refine the global marketing roadmap, encompassing brand awareness, sales growth, and website traffic initiatives
  • Innovate and implement novel methods to leverage social media platforms, maximizing brand visibility and driving business results
  • Oversee and manage content creation for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Assistant to coordinate social media activities, such as posting, sharing, liking, and responding
  • Design and execute social media advertising campaigns aligned with specific brand and tactical objectives
  • Provide regular summary reports and insights on the brand's social media performance

This role requires a creative and organized individual who is passionate about customers' needs, the brand, and product offerings. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with meticulous attention to detail.

Key Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, even on personal channels
  • Tertiary education in a marketing-related field would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with the retail industry would be beneficial but not mandatory
  • Passionate about customers' needs, the brand, and product offerings
  • Creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a great team
